Your future mission
As part of our growth, we are looking to strengthen our quality team. Reporting to the Head of Department, your mission will be to support them in deploying quality requirements and to ensure effective communication in implementing the quality system in accordance with the standards in force for our business, as well as assisting them in managing their daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily work will involve leading the quality initiative and training employees on current standards. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of quality performance by proposing areas for improvement, participating in the company’s quality policy, and promoting this policy by raising awareness among the teams. You will also be responsible for preparing audits and participating in obtaining certifications and accreditations (conducting internal and external audits). You will be responsible for updating the documentation related to the quality management system and ensuring its daily implementation in the field. You will plan and manage projects related to continuous improvement.
Finally, you will lead and support operational teams in resolving quality issues. You will also contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring the quality of repairs. Regulatory monitoring will be part of your responsibilities to guarantee an up-to-date quality system.
Profile and Personality
With a degree in quality management (Associate’s or Bachelor’s level), you have at least 5 years of experience in quality methodologies and standards or in a similar role, ideally in the aerospace sector. You will be working in an international environment, so fluency in English is essential. You will use office software, particularly Excel, on a daily basis. Knowledge of Sage X3 software is required. (ERP) experience would be a plus.
Beyond your technical skills, your personality will be a real asset: leadership, teamwork, responsiveness, autonomy, and organizational skills will be valued. You are persistent, proactive, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
This is a permanent, full-time position (35 hours per week over 4.5 days) at our Pujaudran site.
