My role is to ensure adherence to Turnaround Time (TAT) by streamlining production flows, working closely with the workshops, supply chain, and quality control departments. Tasks vary daily, and there are real opportunities for advancement: I started in 2009 as a Maintenance Technician, before becoming a Team Leader and then a Scheduling Technician. After 20 years as a maintenance technician, I was ready for a new challenge. When a position opened up at APRS, I applied without hesitation. Following a qualifying training course, I am now authorized to issue commissioning certificates. This position gives me a broader perspective on the business, as I see all the equipment repaired thanks to the high-quality work provided by the teams.
