AIR SUPPORT has entrusted GSE, a general contractor specializing in commercial real estate, with the expansion of its headquarters, located in Pujaudran. This project aims to construct 1,800 m² of new space, as well as the renovation of 1,000 m² of existing buildings.

This project includes an expansion with a new 1,800 m² building and the renovation of 1,000 m² of existing buildings, ensuring the entire site meets the latest safety, comfort, and environmental standards.

The site will prioritize employee well-being, offering numerous social spaces, including a cafeteria, a relaxation area, and a pleasant outdoor terrace. Over 150 additional parking spaces will also be created to accommodate the company’s new employees.

Designed by the firm BMB Architecte, the new building will feature refined architecture, a true showcase for the company, giving the site an open and modern image that blends harmoniously into its surroundings. In addition to the generous green spaces surrounding the site, a low-carbon timber frame will illuminate the reception area, which will benefit from large expanses of glass. A connection between the new building and the existing industrial site will optimize traffic flow within the new complex.

Committed to an ambitious CSR approach, AIR SUPPORT wanted to make this expansion a project meeting the highest environmental standards. Thus, the new building will be passive and will produce more electricity than it consumes, thanks to the installation of a 550 m² rooftop photovoltaic system.

This extension of the headquarters, built in 2013, aims to meet the strong growth of AIR SUPPORT’s business, founded in 1992, in order to house the Support functions and the entire Supply Chain.

After work began in June 2024, delivery will take place in two phases to allow the continuation of activity on site: delivery of the extension in early 2025 and renovation of existing spaces in the second quarter of 2025.
