On June 10, 2026, Air Support had the honor of receiving the “2025 Golden Supplier Performance Award,” presented by Vanessa Lecacheux, General Manager of MRO Procurement at Safran Aircraft Engines. On this occasion, the Safran teams visited our facilities in Pujaudran to present us with this major accolade in the aircraft maintenance sector.

Having received the “Best Supplier Performance” awards in 2020, 2022, and 2024, Air Support has solidified its place among the select group of partners recognized for their consistent performance and sustained commitment to excellence. This “Golden Award,” awarded exclusively to distinguished suppliers for the fourth time, crowns an exceptional partnership.

This award embodies the highest standards set by Safran Aircraft Engines for its partners. It is awarded following a rigorous evaluation of suppliers’ overall performance, based primarily on two key criteria:

  • Logistics performance (OTD > 98%)
  • Quality performance

Sabine TERTRE, President of Air Support

Eligibility for the “Golden Supplier Performance Award” is based on a comprehensive and rigorous evaluation conducted by Safran Aircraft Engines, centered on two contractual pillars:

The group measures the consistency of our logistics flows through the on-time delivery (OTD) rate, for which we maintain a 98% rate. It also evaluates our commercial responsiveness through the on-time quotation (OTQ) rate (over 98%), a key indicator of MRO flow agility. Strict adherence to this framework allows us to optimize equipment turnaround time (TAT).

This pillar tracks deviations and customer returns (measured in PPM—parts per million). Achieving the “Zero Non-Conformity” target required by Safran Aircraft Engines is essential to guaranteeing the reliability of the aerospace parts and equipment we return to service.

To maintain the standards of excellence recognized by this Golden Award, we are implementing an operational roadmap focused on two key areas:

To meet the high technical demands of Safran Aircraft Engines, we rely on the specialized expertise of our technicians through continuous training, knowledge transfer, and the development of aerospace skills.

Our Design Office designs our own test benches and tooling in-house. This in-house expertise ensures that our technical resources are scalable, ergonomic, and perfectly tailored to on-site needs. Combined with ongoing regulatory monitoring, it enables us to continuously develop our repair capabilities.

This Golden Supplier Performance Award reinforces our determination to anticipate the future needs of the aerospace market. Our goal is to sustain this relationship of trust with Safran Aircraft Engines by continuously adapting our manufacturing facilities in Pujaudran.

To that end, we continue to invest heavily in developing our technical capabilities to support the ramp-up of major civil aviation engine programs.
